The Aussie arraigned by the FBI yesterday for attempting to sell "Top
Secret" U.S. intelligence documents had an active life on the
internet. 

Jean-Philippe Wispelaere, 28 has postings to a variety of travel
themed internet web pages dispensing advice on traveling to a variety
of countries including Iran and the Central African republic. Most of
these posts pre-date his short service with the Australian Defense
Intelligence Organization, but one post to the "Lonely Planet" from
November 1998 contains information he alleges comes from the French
foreign ministry.
